The 2nd Year Party Hat, sometimes referred to as the 2nd Anniversary Party Hat or the 2007 Party Hat is a rare head item in Club Penguin. It was only given away during Club Penguin's 2nd Anniversary Party,

like all other anniversary party hats, on October 24, 2007. It's the only party hat to be found at the Book Room. So far, it is the only party hat to have similar colors.
